Who is that cheeky girl behind the fan? Yes, it is me - Terri Shine (the blonde who is keen on lambada and gafieira). Those people who have attended the Milwell Road latin dance nights, might recognize me! Gosh, I have been latin dancing now for close to 4 years; passing through ballroom dancing studios to Riorhythmics Latin Dance Academy.

I have created this website and the newly established web based business, Latin Dance Queensland to providing information to the people on the latin dance events and happenings on the Sunshine Coast. It is very humble beginnings and I especially would like to thank all the friendly latin dancers on the Sunshine Coast and in Brisbane who support all the latin dance events.

My aim is to introduce as many people as possible, to latin dancing, and to build up the latin dance industry on the Sunshine Coast. We all want more latin dance events don’t we?

The tourism industry is set to benefit from this information service; as the latin dance craze strengthens in other states (particularly in Sydney and Melbourne). We welcome our interstate visitors and hope that the information exchange will encourage us to also visit your events.
